West Babylon, NY — PRI is proud to announce that the company’s Help Point has made the Qualified Products Lists (QPL) in the New York City Transit Contract C-52147 Specification Section 19J.
PRI’s Help Point Unit is a customer information and emergency intercom system. The Help Point incorporates an IP phone, which provides the basic logic for the Help Point operation, including the operational requirements of all LEDs including: the flashing, Programmed Alarms, Fire Alarm input, and general programmable I/O requirements. The phone is supplied as a board level device, which is coupled to a group of PRI’s designed Printed Circuit Boards. These custom-designed Printed Circuit Boards provide the required interface between the speaker and the Help Point User Interface, Beacon, and I/O.
