PRI, nVent Partner to Supply Third Rail Heaters for Third Track Expansion
PRI will be working with nVent to supply third rail heaters as part of the Long Island Rail Road’s (LIRR) Third Track Expansion Project. PRI will be designing and providing 24 PLC-based SCADA and control cabinets, 55 heating element contractor cabinets, 55 fused knife switch boxes, and additional heating elements.

PRI’s Wynkoop Becomes UL 508A MTR
A new provision for the UL 508A Industrial Control Panel Shop Program was recently announced requiring each UL 508A Listed industrial control panel shop to qualify and maintain a manufacturer technical representative on staff. To meet this new requirement, Gerry Wynkoop, Power Resources International’s Vice President of Engineering, has earned his UL 508A MTR certification.
